People's, after reading many of the reviews going back many months I cannot agree with the poor customer service from my many visits. I have found staff very friendly, willing & helpful to find products including being served at the prescription counter. Patience & good manners are very helpful when the shop is humming! The range of products is huge compared to other pharmacies however the prices are mainly better value but certainly not always compared to supermarkets! The difficult parking access is a real problem & I cannot understand why this site was even chosen to cater for large customer numbers. Far easier & safer to park on nearby streets & have a short walk. However still a very valuable asset to Rotorua & very much welcomed.nSteve FranklinnPukehanginRotorua
Awesome big site, great bargains, horrible, horrible customer service, from the pharmacy at the rear right through to the counter staff. I visited this site on Tuesday 17 December 24 solely to make use of my bonus I received from work that day only to walk out with just one item from the pharmacy. No smile, no staff to customer interaction. I got the strong impression staff didn't want to be there. My visit only lasted 10 minutes as I decided to spend my $600 elsewhere
I absolutely love chemist warehouse the prices are so good! And it’s great to finally have one in Rotorua!! The only thing they need to work on is customer service I was greeted by an Asian woman at the prescription counter and she was very rude when I was picking up my prescription today…
Customer service while collecting a prescription was non existent. Please acknowledge customers that there maybe a wait instead of ignoring them is the least you can do.
Really good customer service very helpful ladies at this place. What I needed for the 2days iv been on Holiday highly recommend.
