The medical store here has a very good staff. They bring your medicine to you in five to seven minutes. They do not let the customer face any difficulty and explain the medicine well.There are also some normal medicines that are available without a doctor's prescription. All staff very nice and friendly. I came here today to get medicine.

Unfortunately, I can't stop replaying the awful experience I had at the pharmacy today. Last week, I saw the pharmacist who seemed tired, but today I dealt with the woman because the man was busy. They were really unhappy about giving me a second round of decozol, which, admittedly, is for oral thrush. The man had mentioned that people sometimes come back for a refill to completely clear it up, and the instructions say to keep using it even after the symptoms disappear. They made me feel like I was being judged, even telling me this would be the last time they'd give it to me. I'm not sure what the big deal was, but now I'm hesitant to keep taking it. They didn't explain anything to me, like why I shouldn't take it. The woman honestly seemed to be judging me for needing medication for a problem I believe I have. The whole interaction was so uncomfortable, and after reading some reviews, I realize I'm not overreacting – they really are difficult people to deal with. I'm so gutted I had to go there and experience that today.
ive been into chemist warehouse maybe 3-4 times since they expanded, was super exciting to see the new range of products they have including korean skincare. a bit disappointing that everytime i browse in the area theres rarely an employee nearby and you have to go out of your way to find staff that isnt busy stocking shelves to help with getting fragrances
10 minutes just to be even ACKNOWLEDGED only to be told that the script I was collecting had not been sent to them but it had been earlier that day. When the staff member finally found it in their emails I was told it would be another 15-20min wait. I went away & came back, when I approached the counter to see if it was ready I was met with the most un-enthusiastic pharmacist I have ever come across.
