I came here in a rush out after just getting out of the hospital needing some cough medicine etc, the pharmacist was quick to help me with info surrounding this and he was very efficient. I appreciated that as I wasn't feeling good at all, when I went to check out there was no wait time which was even better! The guy sorry didn't get his name was smiley and polite. What a great shop & experience, especially when you're not feeling good and just want to get in and out.
I made a last min decision to make a purchase online and do click&collect as i needed some of the products urgently.. the girl at reception Rewa? was incredibly helpful & it turned out to be a very smooth transaction. Very happy with today's great customer service
It was not a pleasant experience. The product advertised was priced at $12. I went to purchase it on the first day start, but when I went to check out, I was told it wasn’t that price and had to call the manager over. The manager came, looked at it for a while, checked the items, and I informed her that the discount had just started today. She asked me to wait a moment, then went to the back office. After a while, she returned with a freshly printed piece of paper, claiming that the price in the ad was incorrect. However, when I picked up the item from the shelf, there was no indication that the advertised price was wrong, and didn't receive any email about a pricing error. The service was highly unprofessional.
The customer service here is extremely bad! Especially the female pharmacist and the staff in the pharmacy. They have no patience at all, look down upon people and even gossip behind others' backs. They show no respect for others. Although I haven't been to many pharmacies, compared with the pharmacists and staff in other places, such a service attitude is something I have never seen before.
Slow service, arrogant team. Maybe just im running into the wrong person. Will try someone else next time, better luck with the rest of you.
