Great staff and a really nice, modern store. The team have always been friendly, helpful and easy to deal with, when you can find 1, and the building itself is spacious and well laid out.nThe only downside is the parking — it can be an absolute nightmare trying to find a space, especially when it’s busy. Good luck Other than that, a great Chemist Warehouse with excellent service.

Zaria was extraordinarily patient, kind, and thorough. She carefully tested shades, listened to every concern, and treated my friend with such warmth and dignity. My friend felt so pampered, valued, and genuinely cared for throughout the whole process.nIt completely transformed what could have been a stressful task into a joyful highlight of our day! On top of that, the store was super bright, clean, and easy to navigate.nChemist Warehouse Rotorua has a customer for life with service like this. The medical store here has a very good staff. They bring your medicine to you in five to seven minutes. They do not let the customer face any difficulty and explain the medicine well.There are also some normal medicines that are available without a doctor's prescription. All staff very nice and friendly. I came here today to get medicine.
Parking here is horrendous to just find out if they barely stock what you need, online stock levels is a scam designed for you to get into the door and hopefully buy something else you don’t need. No one answers the pharmacy phones to talk about your script. Can’t wait for Bargain Chemist to open up across the st. Parking there would be day and night better, being the under dog of the two, they’re customer service will be much better. I hope!
10 minutes just to be even ACKNOWLEDGED only to be told that the script I was collecting had not been sent to them but it had been earlier that day. When the staff member finally found it in their emails I was told it would be another 15-20min wait. I went away & came back, when I approached the counter to see if it was ready I was met with the most un-enthusiastic pharmacist I have ever come across.
