It was my second visit to Chemist Warehouse it's a good place to buy medicines an supplements at reasonable price. Good customer service. will visit next time for sure
My favourite chemist - shelves are well stocked. Always seem to have the best selection. Store is clean & well lit. Staff on checkouts are fast.
1 star for service and the 2 stars are really just for pricing. CW is great for a good bargain but be prepared the bargain comes with extremely poor customer service. Do not come to this place if you expect to be served. The staff ONLY WANT TO GOSSIP, and most of them are unaware, that speaking in their language loudly - and insulting their customer is NOT what anyone imagines to be part of anyone's job. I highly recommend management review their hiring practices and discourage - unprofessional behaviour of staff.nnI went yesterday, asked for assistance - and the staff fobbed me off to someone at the pharmacy counter, turned around and proceeded to join her colleagues 4 of them in an aisle pretending to stock the racks but continuing to gossip.
Great customer service and the prices are worth sticking around for. There are also lots to see. Take your time and enjoy the bargains.
Staff are rude. Fail to acknowledge you when waiting. Went to pick up a click and collect to save time. I might as well have just gone in and looked for it. I was waiting at counter where a staff member blatantly ignored me well he was on computer looking for something he could have at least acknowledged I was waiting as he did see me. Staff need better training total lack of customer service. Will not be going back. My advise go across road to Bargain Chemist.
