I recently had my second encounter with a security staff member at your establishment, and unfortunately, it left me feeling quite uncomfortable. While I understand the need for bag inspections, the manner in which it was conducted came across as unprofessional and rude. It seems there is a need for additional training to ensure a more respectful and customer-friendly approach in such situations.

The recent visits to Porirua Chemist Warehouse are extremely frustrating. Cash machine would not accept Eftpos. Sick of being asked if I have pay wave. Now I take cash to avoid extra cost for Pay wave or Credit. If it's a faulty .achine it needs to be fixed.nFrustrated customer.
Have not been disappointed, even if we took subscription quite late. They have obliged or text ahead for pickup.
