Great to see Nelson with a chemist warehouse now! Attended today opening day 30-08-2024 absolute mad house inside but fantastic range and great location opposite new shops including JB HI FI
Hi there. I went this morning to buy 2 x Boxes of Panadol and 2 x Dental Floss and the old lady refused to help me and I have explained to her one us for my Daughter and one for me.my Daughter lives the other side of Nelson.this old lady are very rude and I myself got upset and I ask her to call the Chemist at the back of the store and she refused and I have told her I am a grown man and can buy whatever I like the she called security for me. This is very unprofessional.
Had to wait over 20mins to see the pharmacist. Waiting both to be talked to and then for the actual consultation with no communication on how long I would need to wait or when I might be talked to. Nice pharmacist but clearly run off his feet as also listened incorrectly to my request and nearly gave me the wrong version of the product. Good price and happy to wait but lack of communication made me nearly leave without the product.
They wouldn’t let me return a faulty toothbrush, they were rudenUnfriendly , & seem uneducated about problems & product knowledge…nnThe female manger was of no help!,nShe was lazy and rude!nnWouldn’t shop here ever again!nBargain chemist is better! Online shopping!
We are so pleased that Chemist Warehouse has opened in Nelson, what a great selection of products and the staff are so helpful when you need help.
