Its always busy here. The staff are awesome though. The only thing I really dislike about the chemist warehouse is the layout. Everything is in brand layouts so its hard to compare products, for this reason, I generally use click and collect.
There were two young guys working at the Nelson Chemist Warehouse this morning. One on the door and one on the register. They were both so friendly and warm, I just wanted to pass on a kudos to them both for offering such lovely customer service and for being their authentic selves. It was a really nice shopping experience.
Two occasions of being turned away. 1. Pharmacist hadn't shown up so the store couldn't open. 2. Spent 30 minutes gathering up my items only to be informed at checkout that eftpos is down but it apparently had been down all day. I wouldn't have spent the time shopping if I'd known.
Won't be shopping here again. I'm still waiting after three weeks, for a refund of the item that wasn't supplied with click and collect order.nOn another purchase, was told by the Supervisor I was unable to exchange the unopened item, with receipt and not a consumable.nThere is no order of display in the store and staff ever to direct you to find something. Hopeless waste of time and a very unpleasant shopping experience!
There was this very nice lady that helped me and my mum pick out some nice fragrances and would like to say thanks again for your service 5 stars
