Great to see Nelson with a chemist warehouse now! Attended today opening day 30-08-2024 absolute mad house inside but fantastic range and great location opposite new shops including JB HI FI
They wouldn’t let me return a faulty toothbrush, they were rudenUnfriendly , & seem uneducated about problems & product knowledge…nnThe female manger was of no help!,nShe was lazy and rude!nnWouldn’t shop here ever again!nBargain chemist is better! Online shopping!
We are so pleased that Chemist Warehouse has opened in Nelson, what a great selection of products and the staff are so helpful when you need help.
Yes it's cool, Nelson finally has a chemist warehouse and all the associated benefits ... ... BUT ... ... the layout is appalling, narrow aisles some with the posts holding the roof up in the middle of them and this ...I gotta use the word ridiculous ... labyrinth or maze you must follow to get to the counter, a real headache if you're in a wheelchair or have mobility issues.
