I visited your Nelson store yesterday and was quite disappointed with the standard of customer service I received.nI was looking for my usual perfume by Delta Goodrem and had trouble locating it, so I approached a young staff member who was restocking shelves. I came from behind and leaned around politely to check she wasn't a customer and was wearing the CW uniform, then asked nicely if she could help me. Instead of a friendly response, she gave me a very unpleasant look and had a distinctly negative, unhelpful attitude, like she really couldn’t be bothered assisting. She did eventually use the in-store phone system to check stock availability, and confirmed there was none left. I thanked her politely for checking, even though the interaction felt cold and unwelcoming.nWhen I went to pay, I was served by another young female staff member, also likely in her twenties, and the experience was even worse. She spoke in a slow, flat voice, made no eye contact at all, and showed absolutely no enthusiasm or basic courtesy, it felt like an effort for her to even serve me.I noticed most of the staff working at the time were younger people, and while age isn’t the issue, the lack of basic customer service skills and willingness to help was really striking. It honestly does not make me want to return to this store. The only positive experience was with the security guard, he was friendly, smiled, and wished me a good day as I left. He is always polite and helpful, which was a nice contrast to the rest of my visit. I hope this feedback helps to improve the service, as it’s such a shame when a store has good products but lets itself down with poor customer care. That said, I am giving 3 out of 5 stars because the store does have a great range of products and the prices are very competitive and good value. 3/5
huge thanks to bee and phoebe for all their help! i was trying to find a perfume i couldn’t identify, and bee put so much effort into helping me work it out. she was so patient, kind, and helpful the whole time. phoebe was great too and made the experience even better. thanks again queens you both deserve a raise
Really pleased with the range of products compared to the local pharmacies. They don’t really promote continence products much, so I wasn’t expecting such a wide range, but they had plenty of options in stock.
Wow wow What a fabulous shop so many varieties clearly labeled and great saving s and bargains especially when on sale. I was most impressed because staff offered me great service am.not very mobile at moment they picked oit What I need so grateful and staff have such friendliness and superb customers Service they also offer a service you can pre-order your items and collect at the shop. WELL DONE CHEMIST WAREHOUSE STOKE NELSON NEW ZEALAND SOUTH ISLAND
I only shop there for free prescriptions and one other product. A couple of people at the checkout need to learn to smile. The young girl that wears alot of makeup is not friendly at all. Never smiles or even says hello. If you dont like your job please leave and let someone else who really wants to work take your place. There's another young boy there to thats very rude although I havent seen him in a couple of weeks. Some of the other staff are very helpful and friendly .
