I generally don’t have a problem here but recently they have started saying you need a receipt for the door. Now I’m pretty sure the door wants my receipt even less than I did so please stop saying that. No one wants a piece of paper for your panadol that will then be rubbish then minute you leave. I won’t take it!
I won't be shopping here again. My partner accidentally purchased the wrong product. I went in with the receipt to make an exchange and they won't accept any return or exchange on anything consumable almost everything in the store! even completely unopened with original seal intact. I'll be taking my businesses elsewhere. Literally anywhere else would do a simple return or exchange.
There prescription service is flawed. The first time we waited 30+ minutes so went and asked what was going on. Our prescription had been put on a shelf for some reason. The next time I sat and I waited patiently for 30+ minutes but they didn't call out any name. I asked why it took so long and it was on the counter ready. They have poor systems in place that need to be sorted. Won't be going back there. They don't even deserve 1 star rating.
Extremely rude employees. Two young girl co workers were chatting about their personal lives. When I asked for help they stared at me and said nothing. Can safely say I’ll never be shopping here again
We use Chemist Warehouse as our regular pharmacy because of good service, wide range of products, easy access and, of course, lower prices, though one should know one's prices well and be able to compare. Customers on mobility scooters will find the narrow aisles, often crowded with boxes, difficult to navigate. Plenty of free parking close by.
