In the pharmacy, a squeamish man, his hair is a little curly, this man has an extremely bad attitude, the information provided can't find my information, and then he yells at you with a straight face: "I don't have anything from you here." . Just fell off. Fortunately, there is an Indian girl in this store who is very patient to help with the inquiry. She is very beautiful. Won't come back to this store next time
Was lost on a product as i was confused on what was more suitable, i came across Andrew who was very friendly and helpful and tended to all my needs. I may have came across has difficult but i was in a rush that day and do really appreciate the effort and time Andrew has given me. Much appreciated. Happy New Years <3
If I could give no star/score I wouldWorst pharmacy I have ever dealt with! Poor customer service Stock never available but they still take your prescription instead of being honest and telling the client they don't have stock availble. Feeble excuses when approached. I would not recommend anyone go to this store. The customer service was poor from the store manager on site and he refused me to shop there after I requested for the refund of the products, which I purchased on the same day. Because there was a special sale during the time when I returned the products. And he did not want me to buy them with a cheaper price 10% off. Hello ? The reason you have promotion is to have client to come spend MONEY in your store! not pushing client away!
I was so happy to hear that finally this place opened locally. I loved visiting this shops in Australia. It's everything they say they are. Very well stocked and an abundant range. Staff are helpful and friendly. And the prices. Yes you definitely will save a lot of money. Very noticeable difference in pricing. This place has abundance of parking and well located.
A huge thank you to Tim. I needed a fast acting remedy for an allergic reaction to eyelash extension glue. What you prescribed has helped tremendously. I went back the next next day to get the antihistamine eye drops as the oral tablets I bought from a different pharmacy didn’t really help. Thank you Chemist Warehouse
Such a bad service. Will not come back again and not suggesting anyone come as well. Came twice just for my daughter’s prescription but still got nothing. First time they said they didn’t receive any email about the prescription, so I called my doctor ask them to resend on the second day. And I went again to pick up, been told it was out of stock and the staff told me because it was out of stock so he couldn’t find my prescription and they can’t even see an email. I should been told the first day I came so I don’t have to waste my time and energy and I can also get my doctor send it to another pharmacy for me instead of wait for another day. And apparently, I can BUY the same product from counter which I did without another option because my little one needs it. These people doesn’t care, they can’t waste your time and put your health in risk. I feel shame on them.
Answer your phones!!! Tried 4 times and nobody answered. Retail and prescriptions. I would give zero stars if I could. Sort it out!
Excellent customer service by Vreanna who worked tirelessly to help customers without any support from her colleagues!! Hard to see this good customer service these days especially on a busy day like Sunday!
Things are tidy but their service is very slow. ‍ Come for a normal flu vaccination and took me for about 40 mins.
