Products typical of any Chemist, wanted to give thanks to the security guard on shift as he was super friendly and welcoming and had served better customer service than some of the checkout staff! Lovely guy and made me feel welcome :
Only had a special that was onlinennI was in store & accepted that i had to make the purchase via click & collectnnSo yes, i did. Payment madennStore then tells me that i have to leave & come back when it's ready.nnYet in there already, payments made & item is right there...nnSlow system if i have to come back when there is proof of payment & the item is right in front of my facennSlow lacking system if you ask me
I stood in the shop for 15 minutes before I ended up going up to the counter and asking for assistance way to the further 10 minutes and then left the store because no assistance came he was nobody else in the shop they were walking around talking about your weekends and what they've done highly disappointed as I wanted to buy birthday presents for a friend but never go back to that shop again rude or disrespectful uninviting
Good product range, definitely the cheapest option if you have to pay for your meds. Don't know why Cambridge is dearer than Westgate though !!
Be careful on pricing. I have shopped CW in Sydney for over 6 yrs. I found a product here in NZ for $52 believing CWAREHOUSE was always well priced.... WRONG. I later checked and found it elsewhere for $27. They refused to price match!nALWAYS DO YOUR RESEARCH ...they are NOT the best prices on everything.
