Great products, thus the 2 stars, but the service was absolute rubbish. No smile, the female that served us was too busy worrying about a ringing phone and instructing someone else. Another staff member - don't tell someone to 'move' does NOT impress me. No manners, no smile, no welcome.
Flipping disgusting customer service since the beginning of November I've made 2 online click and collect orders as they advertise 4hour processing my first order was never processed until I made a complaint online 2 plus weeks I waited for a Click and collect order only to experience this again in the last 4days I've now made a formal complaint as the service is not good enough to what they advertise at this point delivery would be faster then the staff that congregate behind the counter gossiping amoungst themselves at Ashburton branch absolutely disgusting servicenEdit: later found out instead of sending you an action required email they will put you click and collect order on hold without communicating that to you therefore your waiting days if not weeks for items to be restocked.nI will now be only using online shopping with delivery
Visited for the first time last week and just want to say how happy I am we finally have a chemist warehouse here! The staff were all super friendly and said hello, the prescription desk area was a little but annoying as the wall was kinda high and the pharmacist were busy so I had to wait a bit longer, but other than that I will def be using it. Especially when I qualify for the free prescriptions!
Told script ready 20 minutes standing waiting to be served then told have to wait for pharmacist to serve if it's ready it's ready stop mucking people around not the flash place made out to be shit service won't be going back
Huge range of productsnnormally cheaper than other places but maybe need to checknIt could do with some end of aisle signage to make things easier to find
