The cabinet items are really good, especially the lamington. The food is good but it could be much better. The biggest issue, they don't change their menu as often as they should. If you are a frequent customer like me, the menu can get boring easily. Great environment for family with kids.
We did the half hour tour of the factory, the kids and adults alike loved it. Was very informative and interesting. The staff in the cafe on another bite were not very friendly and didn’t look to be enjoying themselves very much. The service was lacking for us on that day.
No complaints. Good service, excellent food, good portion size and good price plus beautiful view from the Garden A must visit for people who enjoy good breakfast. Love their Bread** super busy....the food was worth the wait
Their staff is so friendly and accommodating. They even offered me a seat while I'm waiting for my daughter's baking class. Their coffee and food are all good so far! Love the place, the ambiance, baking class and their staff.
Lovely helpful staff, amazing food, and great setting. Sugar breakfast definitely worth getting. Might pay to book in advance as quite a popular spot. Wait time was a bit long, but understandable as it was quite busy. Also love the bubblegum petunias out front :
Went on a tour there. The instructors were super polite and it was an enjoyable experience. Only problem is that it gets pretty smelly.
I went there for a school trip in 2021. It was a pretty cool place considering the fact that I am addicted to sugar. Love it.
First time at Chelsea Sugar Factor. The staff were amazing and the food was delicious. Thank you so much to Al hopefully that’s spelt right for making us feel comfortable and giving us a 5 star experience. Highly recommend
