I have been coming here for a year now and I am very happy with the results every time. The groomers do an amazing job and Nacho my cat is happy as well. Today we did a puppy cut and I absolutely love it. The photos were taken as soon as I got home.
Had a lovely experience! It is so difficult to find a cat groomer and The Pet Spa is the best one. My cat Mimi is supper happy to be washed and fully groomed. The staff is very helpful and kind. 100% recommend and will be back!
My favourite place to bring Louie for a haircut! The groomers are really professional here and my baby always leaves with a big smile on his face. I don’t know what they use, but he always smells divine after each visit :
Best place to get my Pomerania groomed. He has never looked so good! I was nervous about taking him to a new groomer since He can be difficult but he did great and I was able to stay and watch. Highly recommend taking your pooch to Miguel.
They all seem lovely and the guy at the front desk is so sweet but I specifically ask them them NOT to cut my dogs hair and I said just take a little hair around her eyes, when I came to collect her I saw they almost shaved or clippers her entire face and o top of her head… she’s a bedlington whipped that their hair downs grow fast and they feel the cold. I was a bit in shock when I collected her and only upon arriving at home did I see how short her hair is… I’m quite disappointed. If you want to come here you need to be unbelievable specific or they’ll just do whatever they want.
F always has anxiety and fears of going to groomers but the exceptional staff at Pet Spa have made all the difference. They are professional, detail oriented and loving, treating every dog like their own.
If I could give them 100 stars, I would. My mini schnoodle was abused by a groomer when he was 1, so to say I am a “discerning” customer is an understatement… and he’s also a very difficult pup as a result. The entire team are angels. To note: The Pet Spa is under new management now so if you see a bad review- that’s old! I feel SO incredibly lucky to be a part of their family now. and I will be customers for life. Ps. It speaks volumes to me that they groom our babies behind a glass window for full transparency.
I never really post reviews about places I go but I wasn’t very happy with the grooming service for the price. I picked her up and when we left the first thing I noticed was the scent they had used, it is way to strong for pets if I can smell it from a distance it just makes me wonder how much she was able to smell it since their smell is way higher than us. When we arrived home I noticed her fur was very soft however she still had some tangles in her fur which after paying that price I would’ve expected her to be brushed properly. Her paws were clean and tidy but the sanitary trim was not done well and it just looked the same as when I took her to get groomed. The staff were very friendly but I think I’ll go back to taking her to her regular grooming place.
I went today and it was the best experience. Me & my friend brought our dogs 5 all together. They all had such a great time. I also received a discount as it was my first time which I’m very very pleased about. My dog Gucci was so matted and they removed every single knot and I’m so so happy after having a bad experience previously with another groomer I was anxious for my dog but The Pet Spa London doesn’t disappoint. Friendly staff & hygiene place. Definitely definitely recommend!
I love bringing my dog here, always looks great when he is finished! My dog hates been groomed and hates water so for me a groomers isn’t about just how the dog looks but how he feels when I pick him up and these pictures will speak for itself
