To be avoided as their attention to detail is zero. We asked for three items for an event. Two were not the right size and the third was not even close to the image we had agreed with her. Just spent two hours driving around London trying to rectify. Very disappointing
Ordering flowers on weekly basis from Chelsea Flowers. Great service and always unique design with fresh flowers. 100% recommend !
Received roses for valentine's Day from abroad and they were beautiful. Just roses and not padded out with lots of greenery like a lot of florists do. Lovely vase and delivered on time. Again I got a fabulous bouquet and some of the flowers were in individual pods so they lasted weeks. Very good idea . The owner delivered them and is a gentleman.

Incredibly charming flower shop—all the beautiful flowers are on display street side. We were lucky to meet the shop’s talented owner and some of his design team. We enjoyed watching them create arrangements for an upcoming event. Highly recommend whether you are a local or passing through London on business or holiday. Chelsea Flowers will bring cheer to your home, home away from home or special event.
It is the only place I choose when I need the right flowers sent to the right person on my behalf...it is Chelsea Flowers quality, creativity , and service that is this perfect flower shop in London. When I wonder what will make my day ... I think send a Chelsea Flower! Even without an occasion I’ll send a bouquet... it is what makes my day.
Mogomotsi: Amazing overall, it was difficult working there from 9am to 11pm but the work paid off. Great music and theme. I did understand to chill and wait by million of plates landing gently on the floor. Of course not cut hand. Wow.
I'm pleased to have put in a first time order with Chelsea Flowers for a gift wrapped orchid. I enjoyed a rapid response enhanced by a thorough and considerate service. A hunch without the heartache.
The best florist in London by far. Amazing flowers always fresh and always go over and beyond on service. I highly recommend them.
