Helen was fantastic with my very nervous furbaby and went over and above to accommodate us fantastic groomers
Fantastic service from start to finish. First visit with my shih tzu and have made a return 2nd appointment as i was so pleased with Helen and her team . You will be leaving your dog in very safe hands here
Best groomer we have used in a long time, Helen was very patient with my two old boys who are very nervous and skittish. I needn't have worried because this is the best groom they've had, Helen is the Dog Whisperer lol, Alfie and Rudy don't take to everybody but were more at ease with Helen than with other groomers we have used in the past. Definitely in my opinion the best Groomer in Renfrewshire with great prices too, very happy at the service we received from Dogtailz. Will get them booked in for their Blueberry facials and a bit of pampering soon. Keep up the good work x
This place is fab! The girls genuinely care and always do a grand job! My dog is always nervous wreck going in but they always look after her and so good with her. Definitely recommend. Open late now too most days!
Just picked up my westie pup who was in for her first ever full groom, my pup went to the girls no bother was seemed so settled with them. The girls have done a great job of her which would not of been easy! Thank again girls & I apologise for the work she must of gave you lol. Would recommend to anyone.
Absolutely atrocious groomer not got a clue how to groom a dog took my wee Maltese pup to her on Thursday and she’s absolutely butchered her my dogs face Hair is different lengths she has bald patches all over her chest and I’ll admit my pup had some matts in her fur on her legs but that doesn’t explain the state she’s left my pups ears face and body in !! And the fact she had the cheek to take £35 for butchering my pup I would never recommend her or rate her decent this is one of very many reviews on sites I’ll be leaving the only reason she got paid was because my partner picked my dog up not me !! But I will be going in to see her in person as I want a refund pictures to follow PEOPLE NEED TO SEE WHAT THIS DISGRACE OF A GROOMER DOES !!!!! MY PUP DOESNT EVEN LOOK LIKE A MALSHI ANYMORE !
