Great variety of stores here if you don't like huge malls. I prefer the smaller malls like this. Nice place to walk around and look for a bargain, also multiple eating places to choose from. Good parking which is important.
I went for a quiet coffee today only to have loud music playing downstairs in the mall. Contacted Customer service twice and were told they would see management to get it turned down but after 15 minutes nothing changed. Junior Management tried to blame Pagani store but it was mall music not the shop music. My friend then went to senior management who listened to her concern and the manager said he would look into it. Very disappointed with the mall music. I will continue to come to the mall but I will listen to the music to see if Senior management practise what they preach.
Nice mall, with one of the few remaining Bookshops, and Number 1 Shoe Warehouse stores in Hamz left these days. Chartwell used to be so more compact with some great shops, years ago. Still, that being said, and it being my personal opinion, I can confidently say that there are some place/s in the Mall that all people will like. Nice cinema complex too.
Fantastic shopping venue..Great food outlets, amazing stores. Outdoor play area for children and an all round excellent atmosphere.
We needed some strong cough medicine and were recommended harkers which is available at the health food shop near the chemist
Decent shops. Needs more healthy food options and vegetarian and vegan options to keep up with the times
Always a good atmosphere . great choice of shops. Having a disability I find the parks easily assessable to mall. Great choice of eateries. Always enjoy my outings there !
Needs alot more variety of shops. Basically an entire mall full of clothes stores. Kind of feel yuck when I go in here.. could use an update to the decor. Also usually a few too many people who have clearly used drugs walking around in here, particularly by the countdown down stairs so not somewhere I happily take my kids....
Great place to shop and very convenient. I particularly like the fact that it has a Western Union Station there for ease of sending and receiving money for those of us who are visiting NZ.
Great clean and easily accessible for all patrons. Toilets were very clean obviously taken care of by the cleaners. Great variety if shops.
