I received a gift basket which among other things included Charlie's raspberry mini melting moments. It was amazing - not too sweet, with very distinct raspberry flavour. I only wish the basket had more of Charlie's cookies!

Wide variety of artisan cookies in store more than online. Cookies are okay-tasting, hit & miss. Do check the 'best before' date when buying. We bought a bag of cookies that expired a month earlier. And it was not from the marked-down section. Tad disappointing.
Love their online order system. Order picked, packed and promptly sent. No breakage, and the product is bloody magnificent However if someone does experience a problem, and they email you, please don't ignore them. The problem won't go away, the customer might though.
Their store is well managed and they even got a good online presence helping their sales . The cookies taste wonderful too.

My colleague gave me the mini melting moments Classic vanilla for Christmas last year. I think its by far the best thing I have ever tasted in life. Its made with so much love and care that I could feel it in every bite : Great work team Charlies Cookies, keep it up!
