I needed a last minute bday gift for an 11yo and found the rockin Chicago mixtape design on J&C/psychobaby's site but only in littles sizes. They answered the call to make a custom shirt in the size I needed in less than an hour so I could have it before leaving town. Amazing!
They cancelled a $50 order for me as it would not arrive in time. I never received a refund even after being told it was refunded. When I tried to contact them, I never received a response.
They are so friendly and offer incredible products. I love their personalized shirts. I cant wait to get more shirts from here. The product arrived quickly.
Beyond disappointed. Whether it was the post office or this company’s fault my order didn’t arrive on time for my event.
