Today you had to request what pie you wanted and they cooked to order due to them cleaning the hot pie rack, this is fine until you realise the person handling your pie isn’t wearing gloves and I saw him touch his face and then the pie.

This has drastically changed compared to a few years ago. Previously was nasty and toxic, the employees despised your presence and were terrible people. New owners and workers really turned it around.
Used the dog wash. Paid $10 for a token. Machine had 8-11 steps on it including conditioner, blow dry. Only got shampoo and rinse. Went into complain and they weren't bothered at all. They could have pointed out when paying it was only 2 items working. Not great customer service and wont be bothering at all again.
When NPD and Allied are 150m away selling for about 27cents CHEAPER than this place....I drive the 150m.nI actually walked in when a most unhappy customer was confronting the staff about this, seems he was taken by surprise and had no idea that he was going to pay as much as he did! He let them know he'd be going elsewhere.nWhether the staff are family members or not I don't know, but generally it's beyond the staffs role in costing etc, blasting them is ineffective.
