The CP Society is a not-for-profit that strives to enhance the lives of New Zealanders with cerebral palsy through providing programmes and support.
The Society’s objectives are to:
- Promote Freedom & Choice;
- Fulfil an advocacy role;
- Provide physical, social, emotional, educational and recreational means to assist people with cerebral palsy;
- Promote study and research.
The Society also:
- Offers unique programmes for members who meet the respective criterion;
- Provides subsidized social events for members and encourages networking and a sense of community;
- Supports the sport of Boccia;
- Assists with sponsorship.
