Just a few blocks away from my place people in FB recommend it, so I decided to give it a go. As soon as I enter the kind and sweet lady helped me to fit my broken prescription glasses into a new one, I felt so relieved to have them back, she adjust everything and they feel great, I’m sorry I didn’t got your name but THANK YOU The place is clean and well located. I came in to get my glasses fixed that I accidentally flattened by laying on them and expected them to need a costly repair and a waiting time of at least 2 hours. I was really happy about the service and friendly staff that fixed my glasses right away and wouldn't even accept a tip. I'm used to that great service at home but had very different experiences in New Zealand so I was very pleasantly surprised by the friendly treatment. Thank you!!
Really amazing service, while in lock down i broke my glasses and having to go to work as an essential port worker. They managed to get glasses ordered and made for me. Then delivered to New Plymouth all with in a week. thank you Jan for organizing and all with a simile :- Definitely recommend then. +
The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They helped me when I had forgot my contact lenses with patience and care. I overheard an optician consult while I was at the clinic and they went above and beyond for their patients. Extremely clean and well presented clinic.
10/10 service! I was visiting Wanaka for a few weeks when I developed an issue with my eye. I saw Jonathan who was thorough and helpful. I had to pop in a few times for check ups and the staff were always friendly and knowledgeable - Jonathan even sent a follow up email later to check in. Would highly recommend.
