A friend in Rotorua tested positive today for COVID. I saw that Unichem Rotorua Central offers free same day local delivery. Placed an order for various supplies at about 10.15am, and it was delivered to the family in less than 2 hours. Same day delivery means people can isolate but still get their supplies quickly. Thanks for the awesome service.
Products here are so expensive. Be prepared to pay a lot more for the same product. Wanted to buy 3 products here and total was $20 more than standard pricing of other life/ unichem pharmacies. Ridiculous
Awesome service from Ra! Helped me with makeup for my complexion. Found the perfect colours and was very patient. Always have had great service from pharmacy, now I know where to go for almost all my personal care and makeup. Thank you!
I had both of my jabs here. The pharmacist who administered the jab was welcoming, friendly, professional and went out of his way to show me how to obtain my vaccination record on the internet. Also the other staff I encountered were also very welcoming and friendly. Thank you Central Pharmacy you guys rock!!

Would like to give a huge thanks to the two ladies who helped me out. My teenage daughter who was in for a piercing experienced a medical event and passed out, the ladies were kind and calm and helped me deal with her . Totally appreciate them and will always be grateful for their kindness. They even rung my daughter later that day to see if she was ok. Tho she was to embarrassed to answer her ph.
Friendly Staff. Always there to help with what you need. They are very knowledgeable, understanding and always do it with a smile. Thanks to the team.
