My 3 year old attends Rewi Street Kindergarten. I initially enrolled him because I enjoyed it there as a kid. I was so happy to see that it’s even better then I had remembered. He loves to play outside so it is peace of mind that they have both great indoor and outdoor play area with lovely gardens. Teachers are so friendly and caring. My little one is always happy to see them and trusts them enough to give them lots of cuddles when he feels like it.
Definitely a great place for your children! My twins have absolutely loved their time here, the outside area is so large for the kids who love being outdoors, inside is set up with different things each day which my girls love. They have built amazing friendships here and the teachers are incredible and so so easy to get along with! 100% recommend to others!
The best kindy! We have been with Rewi street kindy for about 3 years now and with our time here coming to an end I look back and am so happy with the choice made to move my kids to Rewi St Kindy. My kids have loved their time here building foundations needed to prepare them for their school journeys. The Teachers have been so incredibly supportive and built strong relationships with both my children and myself especially through challenges with my high needs child, I don’t know where I’m going to be without them once we leave for school, we are definitely going to miss our kindy family. With all that said, along with amazing cultural diversity, a safe and fun environment for learning and a beautiful Mara Kai, I would highly recommend Rewi street Kindy
My son was not happy at daycare so we decided to check out Rewi St kindy and instantly we knew this was the place for him. The play area both inside and out is very large and diverse in activities. They have different activities everyday and there's always something different for the kids to do. The kids do a lot of baking and food prep as well as helping in the veggie garden. It is a very family friendly place and all the teachers are absolutely amazing!! My son is so happy to go there and has really grown in his he 1 year off being there. I would highly recommend central kids, Rewi st.
the wonderful staff at Rewi street kindergarten support and encourage the tamariki to express, learn and take risks. My daughter has been attending Rewi street for over a year now and she is always eager to attend. I have appreciated and admired how the staff comfort and allow my child to express their emotions good and bad in a safe and loving manner. It is wonderful to see all the new activities and opportunities that the tamariki get ranging from arts and crafts, messy play and baking. My daughter has become a more confident and self assured individual and I couldn’t be more grateful to this wonderful centre. Thank you.
An excellent place to send your child. I always wanted to send my daughter in to the safest place ,where it has friendly and caring teachers, which I founded here.and I really love the large environment of the kindy because children can learn and fun.my daughter loves to play in the sand pit and the outdoor play area.I am sure that she settled down quickly and make friends because of that freedom and she really happy in the kindergarten.so I am 100% recommended this lovely place.
We moved to Rewi St Kindy after a bad experience at another kindy, and it has been the best decision for our daughter and family. The Teachers are fantastic - endlessly kind, caring, compassionate, patient, knowledgeable, and willing to share their passions and skills with the Tamariki. There are so many inside and outside spaces to explore and new experiences offered each day. Our daughter loves kindy now and has surged forwards in skills and confidence. I would and do recommend Rewi St Kindy to anyone who wants a safe, supportive, learning environment that feels like a home away from home.
So much love for Rewi Street Kindergarten! Both of my kids have been with Rewi Street for the past few years and both of them have absolutely thrived here. Thanks to Rewi Street Kindergarten for helping both my children to grow into confident individuals
Amazing kindergarten! My son loves going to Central kids Rewi street. The staff have made us feel like part of the family and take very good care of all the tamariki. Love it
I chose Rewi st kindergarten because I wanted the “kindy” experience for my son, a safe place where his teachers are invested in him as a whole person and encourage him to become a better little human everyday. They teach him about healthy food and self sustainability by actively getting all the kids involved in their very own Mara Kai vege garden. The staff are all so very different and bring with them so many different strengths and passions. This alllows my son to explore baking, soup making, hammer throwing, weightlifting and gardening all with people who have a love for it and are happy to be there. I simply couldn’t have wished for anything more for my son, what a gift it is for him to be surrounded by happy positive adults who genuinely care about him.
