This review is not difficult to write, but very difficult to score. The company deserves 1 star after 6 service calls have been postponed; but 5 stars go to Craig, the engineer who finally called earlier this week. It's not often you find someone who is both knowledgeable and extremely personable, usually they are one or the other, but Craig is both. He is a credit to himself and to CHS. I hope, if only for his sake and the sake of other similarly hardworking staff, that CHS can overcome their current problems.
Called on behalf of a friend who has a severely life limited son. When it is someone who is as ill as he is they only have 24 hours to come out. At hour 48 I called and told them they HAD to be there by 10am the next morning or they would be facing me and them in courts I know my legal stuff Messaged my friend the following morning 9.40am, and asked if they were there or had been they arrived and did the job in the next hour. Otherwise when for myself I haven't had a problem hence three stars
Cancelled my appointment for my annual gas service and didn't inform me - called them and no apology offered and could only rebook for two weeks later I have never had a problem with them before, I am appalled by this year's "service".
