Rude unhelpful workers, I pulled in with my truck to re torque the wheels that I had replaced some tyres on in Palmerston north, as your required to do within 100 kms of having your wheels off. I was told "no we don't do you will have to go to Hastings" despite the fact there workshop was empty so they obviously had the time to do it. It was the first place I've ever come across to refuse a retorque as it is a major safety issue if it was to come off
Quick efficient service. Given choices, staff very pleasant. All good.
