Story

Central Fitness gym is a 24-hour fitness facility equipped with brand new, quality, stylish, and user-friendly equipment. The staff and trainers are all very passionate about the health and fitness and strongly believe that a happy and healthy life starts with lifestyle balance. We encourage our members to focus on their social, emotional, nutritional, physical and mental wellbeing. Central Fitness gym is a genuinely fun and inviting place to be, there are lots of opportunities to meet people, participate in the free classes that are on offer, play a little one on one in our very own basketball area, relax with friends after your workout in our chill out zones or even take advantage of our upstairs studio and try a new exercise routine without the fear of anyone watching you. The atmosphere in the gym is positive, we look out for each other and support one another. It is certainly a great community that has developed inside these four walls and we invite you to be apart of it.
