Most disgusting customer service I've EVER experienced. There was a bit of a mix up with my script and the assistants were really rude about it and basically threw my prescription back at me when I went to collect it. Won't be going back there again. That's for sure.
Couldn't have been less interested, less helpful and less caring. Expected somesort of interest in our medical issue from a health care professional. The lack of service was unbelievable! AVOID.
Would rather not even rate it a 1. Went to pick up a script for my elderly dad and wow can not believe how rude the young staff member with long dark hair was. Said I should have told her it was a blister pack, had I have known I had to tell her how to do her job it would have been much faster. I paid and went to take the package she shoved in my face, as I held my hand out to get it she snatched it back and said in future tell me it is a blister pack, WOW could not believe the customer service, so so rude, even another elderly lady behind me commented as well about the rudeness of her.
Disgusting behavior from staff, my partner entered the store was questioned about wearing a mask to which she has an exemption, gets asked to either put a mask on or wait outside. As an essential business ourselves we wouldn't dare stoop to this level, maybe they should shut their doors and go home until this is over.
Nothing to compare it to as its the only pharmacy in Feilding town centre. Used to be about 3 so no competition now which is a pity.
Absolutely lovely staff. Happy to help, can offer advice on their products and services. They pierced my x2 daughters ears with a piercer on either ear, so calming and supportive and they use a very quiet piercing gun which doesn't frighten the kids Very welcoming friendly team. Definitely recommend.
Dropped off a prescription here, came back after 20 minutes to collect to be told the the script was ready for collection at the Healthcare Pharmacy. So I drove up there , spoke with a very helpful assistant who could not find it. She called the Central Pharmacy to find out what was happening only to be told it was back there. So had to drive back there to collect. Not even an apology for the error and waste of time. Gayel Child

Super helpful staff, I was after their teething gel but my little one was a bit too young but they directed me to another great product.
They discriminate against people with mask exemptions. Unacceptable behaviour. I have filed an offical complaint with the HDC
