Story

Central Blue Ltd was incorporated 12 June 2000 and the companies
activities are directed from their office which is located in Alexandra. Owen Philip is an owner and the Managing Director of the company. We are members of the Certified Builders Association and we can offer our clients the 10 year certified builders guarantee. In the last 14 years the company has successfully completed a wide range of high end residential and commercial developments throughout Central Otago and the Upper Clutha.
Our focus is achieving quality projects to time and budget. High quality standards and high levels of workmanship are fundamental to the success of this company. We strive towards achieving a final product that is not only up to our client’s expectations but one that we can be proud of.
