Great service, quick to get in and quote, got us booked in as soon as they could, lovely friendly staff that installed 2 units in my massage clinic.nWould highly recommend CB Air cons again, and would use again myself. I was also able to use my CC to pay, with a 2.85% surcharge which I was happy to so I can pay them off in my own time.

The team from CB are fantastic. Their customer service is second to none with great communication and follow-up. We bought a heat pump where the manufacturer was running a promotion for cash back. The team at CB emailed us after install to remind us not to miss out getting our redemption in as cut off was due in 4 days. Now thats service for you!
We got recommended CB AirCons and we were not disappointed, the guy doing the quote was very informative and gave a few options to think about, rung and locked in the quote in 4 weeks time busy time of year and they called us after 2 weeks saying that had a cancelation and we grabbed that appointment!nElaine in the office was a pleasure to deal with.nGuy that came to install was great to deal with also and he was ON TIME, yes you heard that right he came when he said he would! Install was quick, tidy and we are extremely happy with our AirCon.n10/10, we would recommend and happily use again.
