Great service, quick to get in and quote, got us booked in as soon as they could, lovely friendly staff that installed 2 units in my massage clinic.nWould highly recommend CB Air cons again, and would use again myself. I was also able to use my CC to pay, with a 2.85% surcharge which I was happy to so I can pay them off in my own time.

I called the CB Air again to install the heat pumps for the house. The quote was reasonable and Elaine from the office gave few options for the payment too.nThe installation was done within a week and the installation guys are very professional and punctual. The entire team is very easy to deal with. It's a please to deal with Elaine too. I have got CB Air's service 3 times so far. You won't be disappointed.
The team from CB are fantastic. Their customer service is second to none with great communication and follow-up. We bought a heat pump where the manufacturer was running a promotion for cash back. The team at CB emailed us after install to remind us not to miss out getting our redemption in as cut off was due in 4 days. Now thats service for you!
