Such a great experience and more importantly, brilliant service. The weather was not looking good so they communicated really well with us to move things around. Great team, top safety and a yummy cappuccino too. I can’t wait to go again.
I think the reviews are speaking for themselves! Absolutely fun and brilliant tour and great option to land on the Cathedral Cove beach! The afternoon break is make it even better and amazingly they even have oat milk to make it Vegan Friendly!
We had an incredible time sea kayaking and the cove was beautiful! We had lovely weather and calm water, but enough wind to enjoy the sail which was a lot of fun! Our guide was amazing and the hot drinks at the end was a delicious bonus! Would definitely recommend seeing Cathedral Cove this way it was a great adventure and you could get up close and enjoy it at your own pace feeling like it was just you there! Brilliant activity that we all loved, a highlight on our trip in NZ!

Sensational day, had an element of surprise joined kayaks to build a raft and used a sail. Professional and knowledgeable tour guides and tuned in to your experience. Highly recommend.
Had the most epic kayaking adventure! Andy was excellent- funny, informative, not forgetting great barista in the making! We expected just an ordinary trip to see cathedral cove, but was blown away by the additional experiences: viewing stingrays and snappers, and converting our kayaks to a little raft with a sail! Highly recommend this to everyone! A must see before cathedral cove goes…
We really enjoyed this kayak tour! While the flooding / damage that happened to cathedral cove is terribly unfortunate, it was quite magical to see it from the water completely empty and to ourselves which definitely seemed quite rare given the popularity of this spot. We aren’t the most avid kayakers but had an absolute blast exploring the coast. Highly recommend this tour to anyone! The coffee/tea/hot chocolate/ biscuits served after were a nice extra treat!

What at amazing trip we had with Cathedral Cove kayaks! Ollie was an awesome guide and gave really clear instructions as to how to operate the kayaks. My husband and I have no kayaking experience but had no problems working out how to paddle and steer. Kayaks were super sturdy. We didn't even come close to capsizing. There are dry bags and semi-dry storage areas in the kayaks for storing belongings. My phone was in the dry bag and was perfectly safe. You might end up with sore shoulders the next day, like I did, but the trip was worth every ache. Great way to see Cathedral Cove and the other beautiful bays around Hahei.
