For a long time haven't been able to get a doctors appointment as he is working somewhere else. My family needs to see a doctor, so going somewhere so we can see a doctor. This is not good enough when they say there is a general practitioner there, there isn't.
I'm new to this clinic and I've been very impressed with all staff: reception, nurse, doctor and communication via email/phone before I registered was also top notch! Thank you for great service!
How can it be called a DOCTORS surgery if there is no DOCTOR there? It is a nurse. NOT a doctor. Try to get appointment elsewhere as you will just get sent to WAM when it is out of her league.
Your clinic doesn't even have a doctor the whanau can visit. You need to make sure people know this when they register with your clinic, as most people actually need to see a doctor, not a nurse who is the only person you see at yours. Shame!
Excellent staff and continuity of care
Highly recommended. All the staff are welcoming and put you at ease with their friendliness and professionalism. Beautiful new centre in Rakau Road. Their fees are $37. I was paying $53 at my last GP
Oh they are great if you like waiting 2 weeks for an appointment only to see the nurse but still pay doctors rates. Seen the doctor once in 3 years, get the nurse every other time. Never appointments available when you need them. Absolutely ridiculous.
