Amazing store!! such great deals and fair prices! the store is well organised and the staff are the friendliest ever! Bee helped my friend and I today and we had the best service : left very happy! Great for music supplies!
I bought an Xbox One S from that store on June 5th. When I got home, I found an R18 game Dying Light: The Following – Enhanced Edition left in the disc drive — no case, no mention from staff, and definitely not part of the advertised sale.nnI’m 16, so I legally can’t own or use this game. When I returned to the store, they first told me to “just chuck it,” then later took the disc but still refused to offer any refund or compensation.nnThis wasn’t something I bought — it was left in the console due to poor checking on their part. They admitted the game wasn’t supposed to be there, but said because it didn’t “affect the price,” they wouldn’t do anything about it.nnI’ve since escalated the issue to the Commerce Commission. Just putting this out there in case anyone else has bought a console from them — check the disc drive. If this happened to me, it could’ve happened to others too.
It is one of the best pawnshop stores in NZ. I always buy from them online, and they package them very well and let me use my own courier. If any issues are found with any item, a refund will be issued as soon as they receive it back.
