Horrible customer service. Been to a few cash converters and they're the worst. It took forever for them to accomodate us and when they did, the lady was a rip off. She kept on questioning my item saying that it might be fake even after she tested the gem and the instrument confirmed its legitimacy. Went to two other cash converters and they treated us well. Forget about this shop. If only I can give zero stars
Variety of goods, used & few brand new. Few good quality stuff. Location aint that great considering parking is limited out the front, there is a carpark available behind the store.
Go to other cash converters. This one is the worst. The other cash converter I went to offered me way more than the lady there did.
Bought a console online - was not as in photos - damaged and missing a part that was present in the pics. No offer to remedy. Obviously overpriced for shipping as well. Overall a dissapointing experience.
Waiting 45 minutes to get a query on one item , absolutely atrocious customer service hire more staff immediately. How do you expect a to run a buisness on a Saturday with 1 staff on the floor. Theirs over 12 customers in the store.
Total rip offs... your staff should go back to jail
Very poor service, my item was put on hold, we already paid for it, came to pick it up & found out that they had broken the item out the back of their storage, I then asked to get back the same item & the lied to me that I will pick up my new ITEM on Monday & they contact me to tell me that they are in the Process of finding the item. Don't Trust These Liars they don't tell the truth..
They were very friendly and tried satisfy the customer in every possible way and I'll appreciate it. Thank you . And credit goes to girl who named chilli .. sorry can't remember the specific name cheers..
Worst cash converters in Auckland been to every one of them this was the worst. Very poor service if any at all. Forget about this one. A pet store is more interesting than this place with way better service.
Hi I am making contact with the Auckland Central police station for information about how to get my stuff back and I will file a police report if I have too about my stuff in ur shop I asked nicely about how I can get my stuff back as I am not the person who did id for it ur staffs best advice is too get the police in so that I will do Do u keep other stolen stuff in ur shop by any chance?
