We decided to try somewhere new after work and were not disappointed.nThe customer service can only be explained as above and beyond, especially as we were walk-ins at 8pm on a Wednesday night.nThe venue has indoor and covered outdoor seating. The atmosphere was really nice with music and candles. Venue was clean.nThe meals were amazing and the steak was cooked perfectly ordered medium rare.nThey offer a wide range of pizzas, pastas and main meals and also have children's options. Quite a few have seafood too if your into seafood. Lots of free parking.nThe deserts were off the hook and they have alot of options.nThis place is a hidden pocket of awesome.
We were lucky enough to get in an early dinner before the crowd arrived. First impressions really do last. Greeted with a smile. Place was very tidy well presented and lighting was on point. Our meals and mocktails unbelievable.
We were driving around late looking to stop somewhere for dinner, Casa Nostra still had open signs up but stated it was closed on Google but we thought we try our luck.nnSure enough they said they were happy to serve us, even though technically they were closed at 9pm, but customers were still finishing their evenings, this was around 9.20pm, and we didn't leave till just before 10pm.nnThe Garlic bread was divine, as I thought it would be from an Italian establishment, highly recommended!!nThe pastas were also great, but the garlic bread is seriously worth mentioning.nnMy only constructive criticism would be a better cocktail for the Amaretto.nI had the one paired with vodka and orange juice and it was just harsh and not suitable for such a smooth almond liquor.nThe other options were only with whiskey, or vodka on their own.nI feel like it deserves more class and a delicious cocktail recipe to pair with such good food.
Had a wonderful experience dining in tonight, food was absolutely delicious especially the garlic bread. My carbonara was perfect! Our server was friendly, attentive and provided a lovely service. Would definitely return
They renewed my faith in the food culture in New Zealand. We went to the restaurant with very low expectations as every place we visited lately was not good. However, Casa Nostra was absolutely amazing. The food was amazing. The staff was awesome and the atmosphere was great. I think i have found my new favorite place to go get some good food.nnThank you Casa Nostra and staff for the great experience.
