Our extensive gardens were being destroyed by a rabbits of plaque proportions. Paul consulted, inspected and devised a plan to deal with problem. Highly knowledgeable, determined and passionate about helping us, Paul dealt to the problem. Now our garden is thriving and we don't see any rabbits anymore. I miss them a bit, but the garden doesn't. Unreservedly recommended for effectiveness and value. Thanks Paul.
As others have already said, Paul is highly professional, competent, efficient and - importantly - helped us out with our rat problem! He was in the roof and under the house, also up our son's bedroom chimney throughout his time at our home and didn't flinch. He sent through regular updates and communicated with us about what he was doing and when he would be checking up on traps which he did frequently. He also sent through photos of dead rodents which was super satisfying. Very highly recommended.
I contacted several companies for quotes for spider spraying, and Paul was the only one who came and had a look at the job before offering a quote. He then carried out the job the next day , in a professional and thorough manner. He even took care not to make too much mess on my already dirty windows! Paul is personable, hard working and honest and I highly recommend his services.
Paul was really great - we got a quote from a few companies. One took photos of a couple of places and declined even going under the house/examining the roof space, another just asked us what we wanted over the phone. Paul was the only one who came in and actually examined the areas we needed treating, and gave us a fully itemised quote. Job was done efficiently and he was really great about us finding some extra areas after the fact which he tacked onto the total. Really happy with his work!
Absolutely amazing service from Paul Carvell!! I had a dead rat stuck somewhere in my ceiling that had been stinking up my lounge on a Saturday night of a long weekend! And after searching and ringing around anywhere I could, Paul was the one who was willing to come and sort it out. He worked tirelessly until after 10'oclock at night to find and pull the rat out, even popping home to whip up a long enough tool to reach it. And he was quite enough not to wake any of my sleeping kids up!! Very very impressed and thankful ! He was a life saver ! Very highly recommend!!
Fantastic experience using Carvell- Pest Control. Emailed Paul around 8pm after having a dead rodent issue in the ceiling, he responded that night and made a special trip the next day to Balclutha to sort it out for us. Paul was efficient, affordable and gave good advice for future pest plans. He even made a point of following up the next day! Highly recommend.
Not only is Paul great at his job, he is a very nice person, professional at all times and very knowledgeable. He sorted out our rat problem and was super helpful. He was recommended to us by a friend and we have recommended him on to others as well. Highly efficient and we highly recommend him.
After hearing rats in the attic, I thought this is easy to clear up. After several failed attempts I decided to call Carvell Pest Control in to give it a go. They had managed to catch the first one within 24 hours and things improved from then. Paul was very professional and was able to clear the problem up quickly and were well worth the money.
