Katrina is amazing, no mucking around very helpful in getting the cars i wanted 2 times now. She goes above and beyond to help and also gives tips on budgeting so that extra mile is awesome!! Very easy to deal with. Casey did all the hard work while I was still able to work and not take any time off to sort out any paperwork etc. Highly recommend
1 star for staff here getting out of bed in the morning and turning up to work, if you have bad credit and work hard for your low income i dont recommend these guys. Respone to Carpow the owner Terry Mcintosh you can get my details from Lachlan or Hannah and check the status of the car I purchased and all emails sent to me from carpow at the time of the purchase. Thankyou Carpowthe owner for following up with this! very much appreciated Update: got intouch with this place last friday to return vehicle as it doesn't go again for the third time got told by carpow that the paper work would be undone on friday and they would call back that afternoon one week later and no phone call or email and every day i contact them and get told the person i need to talk to is in a meeting and will call me back. Still waiting so now i have to take this to court to return the wost vehicle. ADVICE Do not deal with this company or their car dealerships ie Car Guys where this write off car came from, if you have dented credit there are better options such as Xsposure Motors Auckland good quality cars with affordable repayments
