The Let’s Carpool Facebook page is intended to provide a place for Carpoolers and potential Carpoolers to discuss Carpooling and relating topics.

All comments, visuals, videos and other type of material posted by Carpoolers on this page ("User Content") do not necessarily reflect the opinions or ideals of Let’s Carpool or Auckland Transport, Bay of Plenty Regional Council, Hamilton City Council, New Plymouth District Council, Palmerston North District Council, Greater Wellington Regional Council, Nelson City Council and Christchurch City Council.

All users must comply with Facebook's Terms of Use and Terms of Use for the Let’s carpool Facebook Page. Let’s Carpool does not monitor every post of User Content however we expect, that users will not post any materials that fall into any of the following categories and may have removed any materials that:
• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

Let's Carpool is an online system that provides a matching system that allows individuals to find and accept carpooling arrangements. Use of the system is voluntary and entirely at the discretion of participants. Let’s Carpool and Auckland Transport, Bay of Plenty Regional Council, Hamilton City Council, New Plymouth District Council, Palmerston North District Council, Greater Wellington Regional Council, Nelson City Council and Christchurch City Council are not responsible for behaviours outside of the Let’s Carpool website and Facebook page
