A beautiful pool and complex. Only used the 25m pool but there is a great looking 50m pool outside, and some great other purpose soak / play, and therapy pools. It does get very deep at one end of the 25m pool where the diving boards are so there is another dimension to the pool that others don’t often have. Will definitely be back!!
The swimming pool was a pleasant experience overall. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which made the visit very enjoyable. There’s also a café on-site that looked cozy and inviting, though we didn’t try anything from there this time. It’s a nice option for those who want to grab a snack or relax with a coffee.nnThe pool is well-suited for families, with plenty of activities for children. There are fun slides and a diving area that keep the kids entertained. For those seeking a more peaceful swim, the 50-meter pool in the outdoor area is reserved exclusively for adults, which is a great feature.nnThe showers were in decent condition. It took a little while for the water to warm up, but once it did, it was fine and comfortable. Considering the entry fee of $6.50, the pricing felt very fair for everything that was available.nnOverall, it’s a swimming pool that caters to a variety of needs, whether you’re visiting as a family or just want a relaxing swim. With its clean facilities, dedicated areas for both adults and children, and reasonable pricing, it’s definitely a place I would recommend to others.
Worst shower ever.n$ 5 is a ripoff.nWas tepid at best.nAll the clothes got wet on the hook.nNo room to move.nI have been to showers all over NZ & this is hands down the worst & one of the most expensive.nLovely staff tho.
Nothing on there website about hydroslide only open after school hours and that u have to a member of some club to even use the spa. But little kids area was ok and change rooms were clean
Went for the showers. Only $3, super clean and hot. The showers are away from the pool so it's very quiet, I had it all to myself even on a busy rainy day at the pool. Best public shower I've found in the south island so far :
