My name is Carol Howard and over the past 6 years I've created a thriving coaching and facilitation practice.
I partner with people and teams to help them find clarity and confidence. My philosophy is that the best solutions and ideas are designed by you, for you.

I have a reputation for helping people and teams to discover, explore and experiment with new ways of thinking, working and being. My approach is evidence-based.
My experience includes many years working with leading companies including: Cisco, Twitter, Snap Inc., Virgin and Optus. I partner with progressive people and teams to explore what's possible, challenge the status quo and work with integrity and energy.
I now live in lovely New Zealand with 40% of my clients here and 60% in the US/Asia. I have lived in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and United States.
I'm a fully trained and qualified coach and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), International Association of Facilitators (IAF), Change Management Institute (CMI) and NeuroLeadership Institute (NLI).
