Carmen Holtz has been working in the real estate industry since 1999 specializing in the Albany, Albany Heights, Greenhithe, Schnapper Rock, Dairy Flat, Coatesville and surrounds. Also knows the North Shore well and does work out of these areas if her special clients require her to.

She is a qualified with her Branch Manager Certificate and AREINZ through Massey University, giving her a wide knowledge base to perform and practise at a very high level of duty of care for sellers and buyers.

Throughout Carmen’s career she continues to deliver excellence in client service. Whether working with buyers or sellers, Carmen eases her customers through the process from sale through to settlement, intent on making them clients for life. These qualities led her to become Barfoot & Thompson’s Top Salesperson for the Albany branch in March 2002 and September 2006 and to attain the same award for North Shore Elite in both March and September 2006.

Carmen’s dedication to her clients is supported by her business acumen and strong marketing skills.
