Too much oil on the burger. I appreciate you are working towards end of year and you may not like it, but doea not mean u need to show on the face to customer who are having holiday. There was a work within the facility but could it be done when the shop was closed or some sort of sign with apologies for inconvenience sign? It looked like shop definitely didn't want to open atmosphere. I would not recommend going to this shop until it changes
Tables were dirty, food was thrown together and tasteless. Had to send a burger back because it lacked anything it said on the menu board. Replacement burger was no better. The only positive is that the criss cross fries were nice. Wouldn't dine here again.Food: 1/5
friendly staff, cleanish environment, reasonable wait time. they did forget 1x fries but gave it to me when i went back to ask. honestly a bit overpriced but all fast food restaurants are nowadays so yeah :/ the waffle fries were really nice but SO SALTY AND OILY. and i think i got like the cali burger or something but that was badddddd
1st visit was 3 years ago at about midnight and the family were blown away by the hot food and especially the fries. 2nd visit was last weekend. The service was a bit slow, I think there were some issues, however it was friendly. My daughter went to a doecisl place as she bit into the vale chicken burger.
Quick stop off for a quick bite. Went in for the criss cross fries really, got them. FYI there's no play ground or kids coloring material.
Ordered a single cheeseburger combo asked specifically for a single to avoid confusion with the double cheeseburger option. Came home to find the 'burger' with no buns and just the meat patty and a few pathetic pieces of lettuce. Went all the way back to complain and to return the order, only to be told that the staff misunderstood the 'single cheeseburger' statement to mean 'no buns'. What kind of burger has no buns? If I just wanted a meat patty with some pieces of lettuce, I would order something else. Can you please hire staff that actually possess an ounce of common sense and a little more than a Year 3 education?
The dining place is very clean, comfortably cool, well lit, clean toilet, fast service and the quality of food is great.Food: 5/5
Always a queue next door at KFC and none at this Carls Jr. Don't be mistaken! This is because here you don't have to wait ten minutes for a burger. Very efficient drive thru.
So, i order my food online click and collect thinking i could popup there and collect it but NO!, i set to pick it up at 10:00pm, store closing at 11:00. So I arrived 10:00pm and the door is already closed and the lady working there don't want me to go in, signing me through the glass door to go through the drive thru to collect it, okay then, few minutes later while queuing to the drive thru i saw them let a guy go in and collect his stuff. And big question in mind WHY??? So i ask the lady at the window same lady that do sign language to me earlier about it and said that guy is an UBER, so i guess that the UBER had a VIP access???. I think there's no point of doing online order click and collect that you still gonna go through the drive thru to collect it. It's disappointing.
They had no mustard at this one. The ones in Christchurch have mustard and sauce bottles at each table. Food was good.Food: 4/5
