The burgers are gooooood. The place was neat and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, even tho they gave me the wrong order originally. Hence the 4 stars. No problem changing it after I already took 2 bites
Fast service, great food. Recommend the chicken and bacon burger.
Chips always seem to be somewhat cold/warm like they have been sitting a while before hand over. Drinks are either not fizzy, watered down/no flavor or a mix of the 2. Don't get me wrong your burgers are great just those 2 things that are a regular occurrence when I go there.
Chicken taste good. Clean and modern interior
Sadly they no longer have a burger with jalapeños in. Carl’s make fries properly - with skin on. Burgers have plenty of substance, and are targeted to not upset anyone - I just wanted more zing.
Air con wasn't working and it was hot in there!! Food was disappointing, especially cheap combo deals. Vege burger was the only thing good! Place was run down and staff were uninterested. Hope it improves as it used to be awesome.
Nice food took a while to order was the only people in the store. Staff was busy talking but food was good
