It is a place for people with disabilities to be active in society. Most people are friendly. Disability can nullify some bad attributes like arrogance.
I went to the South Dunedin community hub in the same building. As it is only a pop-up hub, I am not suggesting any changes as a permanent solution at another site is being sought. The pop-up hub as it is is an awesome facility.
Great place - awesome to be able to get rid of ewaste and support a great organization.
