Haven't had good experiences with them the doctor's always half a hour late to appointment. They seem uneducated with what to prescribe paitents and a money grabbing business
Rung up to book with gp got booked into urgent care instead waited 30mins after my appt time still no sign of a doctor so left. Worst service ever no point in running appointments if you cant stick to them. Last time i went was told i could only ask about 1 problem per visit
I’ve been a long time patient of Carefirst and have always had a great experience. Sometimes the wait might a little long but only because it’s busy. I can still see my regular GP on appointment but I find all the GP’s are really nice to deal with and I can understand what they’re telling me. I’d highly recommend them.
Until last Thursday 12/9 I had never seen a receptionist YELLING abusively at a patient. It was particularly unsettling because a medical centre should be a safe place and there were numerous sick people waiting to see their doctor. She really shouldn't be working in an environment like this.
Worst bloody medical center I've ever had anything to do with.
