We spent 2 nights in our caravan next to the hotel. What a fantastic place.! Lovely bar and lounge area with a great atmosphere. Great bar meals and the restaurant was superb. We ate there both evenings. My lamb and venison were perfect.nNo matter which part you were in the staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful.nA special thank you to Sydney, our waitress for both evenings, for enhancing our experience. Service with a big smile.nAnd , if you fancy a nightcap you can sip away by the outdoor fireplace.nThanks to all.
We loved our stay here, it was very peaceful & relaxing on a Sunday afternoon. The rooms were a good size, warm and spotlessly clean. We had bar snacks in the afternoon & breakfast the next morning. The food was amazing...We will definitely be back.
We came for the lovely restaurant here didn’t stay at the hotel and it was very good one. So we came back foe the second time in our NZ holiday trip The nachos was soooo good and very big one also the fried chicken with a large portion. I’ll come back here again for sure.
Absolutely one of the most beautiful places I ever stayed in! Loved the garden with all the plants and flowers, beautiful room and great value for money. We also had two meals there dinner and breakfast, which were delicious and staff were very nice. Hoping to come back again!
When I think of a chilling at a beer garden... this is what comes to mind. It's cute, rustic, vibrant and has nice spaces out areas to sit in the sun or shade - whether on a beanbag, at a table, on the grass, or in a warm glasshouse! The food is always tasty, and the service is fantastic.nThe managers here know what they are doing! 5/5 stars!
