Reception is at groundfloor level at the hotel. They gave me a keycard only when I arrived at the spa there was nobody there. Nobody at the reception, no customers... Dot noem ik geen wellness. 2 sauna's en een stoomcabine, het deel bij de stoomcabine wisten we niet eens wat de bedoeling hiervan was. Douches met overvloed, maar een jacuzzi ofzo is niet aanwezig. Triestig. Ik vind dit persoonlijk meer een ontspanningszaak dat bij het hotel zou moeten horen. Geen zen gevoel kreeg ik hier, men hoorde allerlei soorten lawaai mensen die luid babbelen, de douches,de haardrogers,.... Absoluut geen wellness.. Ik krijg de indruk dat deze zaak meer bedoeld is voor massages en andere behandelingen en deze zijn ook redelijk prijzig voor wat het is. De menu was ook zeer beperkt en redelijk duur voor wat het is. Toen we gingen afrekenen, werd ons niet eens gevraagd hoe we het ervaren hadden. Was nogal vrij onbeleefd. Parking ondergrondse dacht ik dat bij de prijs inbegrepen was. Hier heb ik zelf achter moeten vragen want wist het niet zeker. Blijkbaar was dit er niet in bij begrepen en kregen we als antwoord dat we dit zelf moesten oplossen. Dus daar nog eens parking voor moeten betalen.... Nogal een vrij duur deze zogezegde wellness.
