Story

Our pricing strategy is simple. We personally handpick and import all our cars, cutting any middleman or retailers in the supply chain. This allows us to bring you cars at lowest prices. And if there is any particular car that you want and is not in our website, we will import it for you with no additional cost.

Finance can be easily arranged.

All our vehicles are sold with Safety check and Pre Purchase Vehicle Inspection Done by VTNZ.

My experience with Car4U was good, the service was awesome they serve people with respect, they will always prioritise your urgent needsnot gonna lie. The environment need a little bit of work. All vehicles are good, the price are good too. But it all depends on how you feel about it and how you like it.

We had a problem with our car. I called in today seeking for help. I spoke to Annie sales person. The worse customer service ever ‍ I explained to Annie what happened to my car and I need some help what they can suggest for me. She didn't even answer a single question that I asked, never given me any suggestions or any help that I need it. So Annie ended up keeping me on hold on the phone, while she answer another call, after that she hung up on me. I'm so disappointed The attitude it was given on the phone I wasn't expecting that. I called again she didn't answer the phone went straight to the voicemail. I called again she answer then I asked her if she can put me through to a manager or someone who can help me. She said she can't ‍. I hung up the phone then I called in again got answered by Amelia. Amelia she took it so professional and she did gave me the right information that I need it. Thank you Amelia for understanding in time where I was needing help with our car as well as your best service experience. Much needed.
Amelia , your customer service is amazing. Even though my partner and I did not get the car we wanted. Amelia was so helpful and went above and beyond for us. Whilst we were in the waiting room , she got us some lunch aswell!! Best customer service hands down!

Please I advise do not buy at this place. They have poor customer service as well as selling broken down vehicles. So disappointing very disgusted I am definitely making my familyand friends and community aware
