Recently had my ring recreated/replaced by Canterbury Jewellers as I lost my last one. They recreated it beautifully, I actually think this new one is more beautiful than the original. The original was bought elsewhere. Such good craftsmanship and listened to what I wanted. Thank you so much
I have recently had a ring made and also a repair of another ring. I am so happy with how beautifully the ring turned out. They also did an amazing job of fixing up a shoddy repair that I had done elsewhere. Super professional and friendly. very grateful for the mahi of Canterbury Jewellers. Highly recommended!
Went today to have a ring sized and a band that was out of shape repaired. Excellent, friendly service. They fixed the band at no charge while we were deciding on what size to go with for the other. Will definitely head back for any repairs etc needed in the future.
Phoned up with a small crisis right on our wedding. Discovered the white gold on my wedding ring had tarnished since we had purchased it from another dealer outside of Christchurch. Whipped into Canterbury Jewellers and they polished up the ring and had the problem sorted in 3 mins flat!! To top it off, there was no charge!! Can't recommend this team enough, unbeatable service!!!
My partner chose Canterbury jewellers to create my engagement ring - we were so impressed with their service and the outcome that we also had both of our wedding bands made by them. They took our initial ideas and improved on them, and we are extremely happy with what they produced. They communicated with us every step of the way, and were really lovely to work with. We would happily recommend Canterbury Jewellers for anyone looking for bespoke jewellery in Christchurch.
Shop here to be scammed! We had a horrible experience here. We asked for a budget regarding a ring and we were told $220. After three weeks, we returned and asked for the same and we were then told $535. We were also "eyeballed" a price for another ring at ca $1000, and as we seemed doubtful, they lowered the price without explanation to $730. They clearly change pricing according to their mood and the clients, which is horrific. Before all this happened, we had brought a gemstone to have a ring made, and after three weeks we were called and told that it was fake. I don't have evidence but I am highly suspicious they took the gem and gave us back a glass instead
They designed and made the perfect ring for me. An amazing team highly recommend them. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Can't rave enough about the service and willingness to help. The gentleman who served me and resized my bracelet with ease was awesome and knew exactly what he was doing
