I have leased a printer from Canon for around 7 years. Sadly our office was a victim of the recent floods in Auckland and the printer was slightly damaged. We need Canon to move it to our new location and fix the slight issue. They have been the most unhelpful supplier during our recent flooding, made everything difficult and were unpleasant to deal with. I tried to ring their CEO to talk about my experience and left a message for him/her to call me with an assistant, and so far, no call well over a week later. I will never lease from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
Canon has been so helpful, their service was fast and efficient. Goran and Adrian have been amazing to deal with, I couldn't recommend Canon enough! Also very helpful going directly to canon for services :
WORST EXPERIENCE - my camera has been in for a service. I wasn't advised about the delays. It has been 4 weeks and they keep telling me its been prioritised YET I HAVE NOTHING. I have had to cancel 4 jobs. I am beyond unhappy. DO NOT DO THIS WITH THEM. All calls for customer service are offshore - how is that helpful?
Very prompt in selling machines but ink supply is pathetic. If you call 0800, never expect a definite reply. Waiting for inks for close to 2 months and still counting….. we will slowly phase out all the canon products from our setup. Update - upgraded from one star to five stars. Urgent action by Canon team members. Issue resolved in flat 6 hours. Talk with Trent was really reassuring and helped in re-establishing the faith in Canon as a brand. Thanks again and I am glad to be corrected in my review :

The worst expirence with the repairs. I sent the lens to fix twice, the problem didn't get fixed and when I said I would like to claim insurance, they said they might be able to fix so I should send it again and spend my own money on post and time waiting. How do I k own they will fix this time if they could not do it the other two times. I wish there was another place I could go. So angry.
Company changing out multiple printers at different locations. Tech arrived right after units, of course everyone had questions! Calm, pleasant and professional Warrick answered all our questions. Setup, tested each unit and took time to familiarize team members with units . Excellent customer service comes from the top, Mr. Noble has done you proud.
I would chose ZERO star if I got this option. We ordered the Camera and they promised the receive day is the last week of Nov, now almost Christmas! Every video job should be delay and our client terminated the agreement cuz we do not have a camera! The camera is in New Zealand already they just lazy to post!!!
After being disconnected for the 5th time I decided to just throw the used toners in the trash instead of trying to find out about the recycling programme
I want to give 0 star but oh well. Really Lack of communicationand service... 3 weeks to get quote and always saying "tomorrow it will get ready and email to you " for three times I have called. Costing me 70 dollars for nothing. Thanks Canon.
