Come and 'DISCOVER ANOTHER WORLD' with us at CANOE & KAYAK TARANAKI ! We provide TOURS, COURSES and a shop full of the biggest and best range of Kayaks from fishing to sea kayaks and white water come in and have a chat to one of our experianced staff members :)

Our most popular tours include the Sugar Loaf Islands tour (Sea and Seals), Waitara River (fun white water) and the beautiful Mokau river (Overnight). We have courses run often for sea kayaking and white water kayaking safety, skills and fun !

We also have the biggest range of Roof Racks and roof boxes and can fit them for you too !

Had a roof rack had no key. They can get keys. Excellent helpful service.
It’s was amazing. We did the 2 hour river trek. Its a great place to go to if you like canoeing but need some help. It was so much fun, a lot of rapids but they were exciting, fell off a few time but felt safe. Instructor was great, she was very caring! Really do recommend. Abby, age 8
Good product, excellent service, and Peter is very knowledgeable and willing to help. If you want a kayak or paddle board this is the place to go.
