I contacted the business super last minute to arrange a Baptism candle. Brigitte responded so promptly and was more than happy to complete my urgent order. I received the most beautiful candle via urgent courier 5 working days after I ordered it and Brigitte kept in touch and even checked in with the courier company on my behalf to ensure it arrived on time which it did!! The candle matched my first born daughters candle who a family member had ordered through Brigitte and details were all still on file so made this order a breeze. Thank you for your urgency and prompt response Brigitte and more importantly for the amazing candle you made, packaged and provided. Will be back for more no doubt!

I found Brigitte online through extensive research I did as I wanted only the best for my Unity Candle set for my Wedding Day. Brigitte was truly such a God send and she just knew exactly what I wanted straight away without hesitation. She had them all made in about 4 days and couriered them beautifully to me all boxed and exceptionally wrapped. My husband and I were emotional upon opening them as they looked absolutely beautiful. The detail was incredible and the quality was like no other. I cannot recommend her enough to family and friends looking for beautiful candles for any special occasion. Absolutely worth 5 stars and more.

Amazing service and product! I needed two personalised candles asap and Brigitte managed to make it happen, during a lockdown and with all the courier delays. The candles were perfect and the quality is outstanding! I can't recommend Candles by Designs highly enough. I will definitely be back for all my candle needs!

Brigitte is super accommodating on short notice orders and her work is absolutely amazing. I have bought 3 beautiful candles from her now.. and never once was I even mildly disappointed. I always feel honoured to hand these over to the intended recipients. Thank you again
