Fantastic shop the lady that works there is very friendly and helpful she helps me each time when I send parcels I'm very happy with your help each time
It doubles as an NZ Post agent. Very helpful ladies.
worst experience ever. sent my order to the wrong address. instead of sending me a new one they wanted to wait for that customer to eventually send my order back even though he wasnt replying to any forms of contact attempts. eventually had to ask for a refund as my order still didnt arrive.
Online orders are hassle free and prompt delivery. The after pay is great when you need books straight away and hvnt got the full amount. Friendly helpful staff.
Probably the worst student bookstore ever. Or worst bookstore ever. Super expensive. Don't reply to enquiries. The website's search function is pretty crap. I have nothing positive to say about Bennetts.
