High Quality Early Childhood Education
Along with providing a welcoming, nurturing, and educational environment, which empowers
children to grow up as competent and confident learners, we encourage children to develop
strategies for ‘Playing as a good friend’, to learn in collaborative and co-operative ways. We show a commitment to using Te Reo and Tikanga Māori in our daily programme. We promote a strong community spirit and we work in partnership with parents and whānau, valuing their input, their support, and their participation within our programme.
Morning children need to bring a named drink bottle and lunch box with sufficient food for their
morning tea and lunch. Afternoon children also need to bring a named drink bottle as well as two pieces of fruit per week to put in the red bowl by the Daily sign-in table (the fruit is cut up and shared with the group at Afternoon tea time). If your child has any allergies or intolerances please let us know (also, we are an Egg and Nut free zone).
