Always a good challenge especially if you have knee injuries. But always a beautiful view when you reach the top. But also love doing the stairs with loved ones.nAny movement is good movement .
Honestly a hell of a workout this place gives you, I'v been going here for so long and it kills me everytime lol 1000 steps heaps of shaded areas as it's within a forest type surrounding heaps of trees covering from the hot sun good place to hit for a great workout !!!
went there with my hubby & our littles. it was our first time and my goodness it wasn't easy carrying our littles up lol we loved it tho. def worth it
Amazing, 1000 steps up. It is a loop track-at the beginning go straight ahead and take Water. Stretch before you go-highly suggested LOL.
Good walk ! Great for first time hikers.nCan be done In under an hour if you take the ‘easy’ route. The one with less stairs, whereas the pathway had 1000 steps I’ll have to go back and do that way myself but otherwise great hikoi & there’s a fish & chip place not far they have great fish!
