This was my first visit here with my six-month-old baby, and Dr. David was amazing! I’m so glad I found him. The receptionist was also super friendly. I feel so lucky to have such a great medical center near my home!
Used to be a great clinic but ever since they have moved they have lost some good doctors. Now you can never get to see the same doctor, and when you do they don't listen to your issues and the clinic doesn't respond to complaints. Not a good clinic
Just a heads up, they referr tui urgent carenFor after hours clinic but you need to register as a casual patient. The total $83.00 for a six year old with a community services card. Receptionist at tui also believed they share systems as part of the tui over arc which had i of known would never of considered taking her there.
Never had any issues, every doctor and nurse ive seen have always been kind, helpful and accomodating.nNever had any issues getting quick appointments. Receptionists are all friendly. First doctors ive been to that ive actually recommended to friends.
Love the doctors, don't love the reception/booking. We can never see our own doctor and it's impossible to book an appointment on the same day or even the next day. There are simply too many patients now and the doctors are overloaded.
